Build Explanation

This build prioritizes Franco's tanking capability, enabling him to absorb more damage for his team. Rapid Boots gives him mobility around the map, helping with his roaming role. Dominance Ice and Athena's Shield provide extra defenses (Physical and Magic respectively) while also granting beneficial effects, such as slowing down enemies and magic resist. Antique Cuirass reduces the enemy's attack power, further increasing Franco's survivability. Immortality gives a second life, allowing Franco to be even more aggressive in initiation and control. Blade Armor is taken to return damage to attacking enemies, reinforcing Franco's tank role.

Introduction

Franco is a durable tank with impressive crowd control capabilities. With a playstyle centered around hooking enemies and disrupting enemy lines, a skilled Franco can change the tide of battle by isolating key opponents. His main goal is to protect the team and provide opportunities for kills.

Early Game

In the early stages of the game, Franco should focus on roaming between lanes and helping his team establish control. He can use his 'Iron Hook' ability to pick off isolated enemies and secure early kills. Assist your damage dealers in taking objectives and provide vision for your team.

Mid Game

As team fights become more frequent in the mid game, Franco's role becomes even more vital. Use 'Iron Hook' to pull enemies into disadvantageous positions or to break their formation. Continue to protect your team's damage dealers and control the battlefield. Usage of the "Flicker" ability becomes especially important, with proficient Francos using Flicker to conceal the animation of the hook, or to combine it with his Ultimate to surprise unsuspecting high value targets such as marksmen or mages.

Late Game

In the late game, Franco should always be at the forefront of team fights. Hook key targets like marksmen or mages, disrupting the enemy team and allowing your team to focus on these high-value targets. Franco's 'Bloody Hunt' can be a game-changer in team fights, so use it wisely to lock down important enemies.
