Build Explanation
This build aims to enhance Joy's magic power, spell vamp, and penetration abilities. Genius Wand and Holy Crystal significantly boost her magic power, improving her overall damage output. The Concentrated Energy item offers a good amount of spell vamp, which lets Joy sustain in fights by converting damage dealt into HP.
