Build Explanation

This build is designed to enhance Khufra's inherent tankiness while also augmenting his control over the battlefield. Tough Boots increase your magic resistance and lower the duration of crowd control effects, making it a great starting item. Dominance Ice provides additional armor, slows down enemies, and reduces their attack speed. Athena's Shield gives a significant amount of magic resistance and a shield that blocks magic damage, which can be very handy against magic-based heroes. Immortality offers additional HP and magic resistance, plus the ability to resurrect after a fatal blow. Antique Cuirass helps reduce enemy attack power while providing extra HP and physical defense. Finally, Blade Armor deals damage back to enemies attacking you, making them think twice before focusing you in fights.

Introduction

Khufra is a powerful tank hero with immense crowd control abilities and unique skills that can counter many popular heroes. His skills allow him to engage or disengage effectively, making him an excellent choice for players who want to control the pace of the game.

Early Game

The early game is about setting up the foundation for the rest of the match. As Khufra, you'd typically want to be in the bottom lane along with a damage dealer like an ADC or Mage, since you can protect them with your crowd control abilities and they can assist you in securing kills. Here are some guidelines: Skill Leveling: Start with your first skill (Tyrant’s Revenge) for initial damage and crowd control. This skill is also your main tool for mobility. Countering: Watch out for enemies with blink abilities. Use Tyrant's Revenge to catch them out or Bouncing Ball to disrupt their skills. Combos: A basic combo would be using Tyrant’s Revenge to initiate, followed by Tyrant’s Rage to pull enemies back or into the wall, and then your basic attacks. This is a good harassment or engagement combo.

Mid Game

This phase usually begins when the first turrets are taken down and players begin to roam around the map more frequently. Objectives become more important, and as a tank, you should focus on setting up plays and protecting your team. Skill Leveling: Max out your first skill first for the maximum crowd control and damage. You can then start focusing on your second skill (Bouncing Ball) to maximize your disruption capabilities. Countering: Stay alert for team fights where you can maximize your skill effects. Use your Bouncing Ball to block dashes and disrupt enemies, especially during team fights around objectives like the Turtle or Lord. Combos: A common mid-game combo would be Tyrant’s Revenge to initiate, then Bouncing Ball to disrupt the enemy team and finally Tyrant’s Rage to pull enemies together and allow your team to deal damage. Don't forget to use your passive (Spell Curse) to maximize your damage output and crowd control.

Late Game

The late game is usually when most turrets are down and the full map is open for both teams. At this point, team fights can decide the outcome of the game. Khufra is excellent at setting traps around the map in bushes to surprise unsuspecting enemies looking to take jungle objectives or clear minion waves. Skill Leveling: At this point, you should have all your skills fully leveled. You'd want to use them strategically in team fights. Countering: Pay close attention to high priority targets on the enemy team such as their marksmen or mages. Use your abilities to disrupt these targets in fights, thereby reducing their damage output. Combos: Late game combos are similar to mid-game, but placement and timing become more crucial. Use Tyrant’s Revenge and Tyrant’s Rage to catch out key targets and use Bouncing Ball to disrupt as many enemies as possible. Also, don't forget to make good use of your passive in these engagements.

Tyrant's Revenge
Tyrant's Revenge

Khufra pulls the bandage on his arms to launch himself in the specified direction, dealing (Physical Damage) equal to 50 plus 7( <1022 0.015 1>)% of his Max HP to all enemy units on the path. When blinking to the furthest distance or encountering a first enemy hero, Khufra will immediately stop, dealing (Physical Damage) equal to 50 plus 7( <1022 0.015 1>)% of his Max HP to enemies nearby and then knocking them in the air for up to 1.1s.

Tyrant's Rage
Tyrant's Rage

Khufra pulls back all enemy targets around him toward his front, dealing 300( +100% Total Physical Attack) (Physical Damage) and slowing them down for 1.25s. If the enemies are knocked against walls, extra (Physical Damage) equal to 150% of this skill's damage will be inflicted upon them, and they will be stunned, instead of slowed.

Spell Curse
Spell Curse

Khufra activates the Spell Curse left by Esmeralda every 12s, enhancing his next Basic Attack. The enhanced Basic Attack gains extra attack range and deals (Magic Damage) equal to ( +120% Total Physical Attack) plus 6% of the target's Max HP. Also slows the target by 30% for 1.5s and heals Khufra by 8% of his Max HP on hit. Each time Khufra applies a control effect to an enemy hero with his skill, the cooldown of (Spell Curse) is reduced by 4s.

Bouncing Ball
Bouncing Ball

Khufra uses bandage to wrap himself into a magic bouncing ball, increasing his own Physical & Magic Defense by 30%. Enemies trying to use blink skills to move across Khufra will be knocked airborne. Each time the magic bouncing ball hits the ground, it will deal (Magic Damage) equal to 50 plus 3( <1022 0.02 1>)% of his Max HP to enemies nearby and slow them by 80%. Lasts 0.2s.
